| Severe Storm - 319 sec A Severe Thunderstorm with winds to 60 mph comes through, with a shelf cloud in the lead. There was just a little lightning, and the thunder was difficult to hear due to the wind and precip. The Bow Echo was about 75-100 miles long, and was a rare early January event, fueled by warm air ahead of a cold front, and a cold core upper low just to the west. Hail, wind damage and street flooding was reported with the line. Tags: Severe Thunderstorm |
